Why a workflow beats a single prompt

A single prompt gives you a single clip. A drama needs decisions that carry across many shots: who the characters are, what each scene has to achieve, and how the shots build on one another. A workflow makes those decisions explicit, so you can fix a problem at the step where it starts instead of regenerating everything.

The seven steps
